No matter who we all voted for in November no one can deny how important today is for our nation. Last night Jaden and I were watching the news with all of the inauguration's coverage. My so sweet and innocent 4 year old asks "so tomorrow aquabama (as he refers to him) will be our president" me - "yes". Jaden - " well why do they keep calling him black" me - "because he is". Jaden "I don't understand so he is a little different color than me and you what is such a big deal we are all the same". After he said that I just wish the entire world could see life through my 4 year olds eyes and I hope that today might just bring everyone a little closer!
So, today we pause and watch history in the making and just hope that a change is on the way!!!!
